"Christianity"
The religion of Christianity is the Number One religion in the world by population, with a total of over two billion followers according to wikipedia. But what is "Christianity" really? According to the Oxford English Dictionary, it is "the religion based on the person & teachings of Jesus Christ, or its beliefs & practices."
Is Christianity really based on the person & teachings of "Jesus Christ", or is it just the beliefs & practices of a religion that goes by that name? Was "Jesus Christ" a Christian? What are some of the most common traditions or practices associated with Christianity?
Did Jesus Christ go to church on Sunday? Did He celebrate Christmas & Easter? Did He ever tell us to do any of those things? If He didn't do any of those things or ask us to, is "Christianity" really teaching us to follow "Jesus Christ"???
As indicated previously in the introduction, the Messiah was apparently never even called "Jesus Christ" during His lifetime!
Messiah’s Name in Hebraic Scripts
יהןשע = ישע + יהןה
YHWH + Yasha = YAHUSHA
YAHUSHA means "YHWH is Salvation"
The Messiah has a Hebrew Name which is very rich in meaning. His Name means "YHWH is Salvation". As can be seen in the clipping above, our Heavenly Father's Name is a significant part of YAHUSHA's Name. The upper script is Paleohebrew (in black & blue), which was used prior to the destruction of Solomon's Temple & the Babylonian exile. The lower script in black is the post exilic script found in most Torahs to this day.
The Messiah's Name is full of meaning, in contrast to "Jesus", which is only an empty transliteration & doesn't really mean anything at all. Since our Savior & Messiah was never called "Jesus" during His Lifetime, it is extremely clear that "Jesus" was never His Name. Why has the religion of Christianity not even been able to get His Name right?
So why do so many people claim allegiance or devotion to YAHUSHA the Messiah? What was so special or extraordinary about YAHUSHA the Messiah?
